[WL-USERS] New updates now ready

  Hi All,
I put two new things on the download page. Everyone can download
them now.

The top item on the page is the RTTY stuff several folks have
tested over the last month. It has the "stop bit" fix and it also
happens have a new PSK31 enhancement. 

The second item on the page is a download for WAE. It has
enhancment on all modes: RTTY/CW/SSB. We have tested it briefly,
however, anyone serious about the WAE test should check it out 
ahead of time.
