[WL-USERS] lose rtty tx after psk31

Happy Contesting.

When I switch modes to bpsk for psk31 and then return to 45 baud rtty, I
can not send any of the function key messages (ptt is not being commanded
on Rig interface). Have to close WriteLog and restart.

Anyone else seen this behaviour???
