[WriteLog] (WriteLog) CTY Updates

I was wondering if Randy was going to post the new Country File updates
to the WriteLog download page, or can they simply be downloaded from the
following URL running the conversion utility in WriteLog ?

The country files for CT/NA/TR/WL have been updated. They can be found
at:
