[WriteLog] Keyer question ?

Hello Again,

    Does anyone know if the external multifunction keyer keys the PTT
line when in use ? I had to have the VOX on to get it to work properly.
I would think using an external paddle it could key the rig ?? I am
using WL to key the radio via the serial port. Having the radio in the
VOX mode defeats the purpose of keying via serial port. Any help
appreciated.
