[WriteLog] Log Time Problem

        I guess I missed something in the setup, but my logs this past weekend 
in
the SARTG RTTY were an hour behind.
        I have the TZ= set to GMT, and the computer time is UTC.  I have 
searched
the help and manual files, and can find nowhere that this is discussed.  I
read how to use the edit feature to correct the log, but sure would like to
have it right in the first place.
