That is correct, when CCCC PSK was started last year, it was started because
PSK31 was quite new, a contest was wanted by many, CCCC had no real
experience in developing contests, wanted a format that was supported by
some software, and SARONG gave permission!
Although I have received many credible suggestions for an improved format,
better rules, ETC, I stuck with the SARTG because some folks had gone to
the trouble of adding it to their contesting wares (MixW, RCKRTTY) and
Writelog has SARTG in it!
