[WriteLog] Keyer Problem Fixed

I found the problem with keying my FT-990!!!! I did not use the connectors
which mounted to the CCA, in order to fit it in a box. And, in my haste, I
inverted the wires for the CW outputs. Thanks to those who did respond with
help! Now I think I'm ready for sweepstakes.
