[WriteLog] Packet Spot Tone

Is there any way to turn off the annoying "ding" when a new mult appears in
the packet spot window? It only seems to ring when I'm CQing.

I'm in the middle of the contest. I'd sure appreciate a quick reply if
anyone happens to know the answer.
