I spoke with N6TR who writes the log checking software used for the ARRL
Sweepstakes. He says that as long as each line of the Cabrillo file
contains the information on what serial number was sent, the log checking
software will take care of the duplicate and missing serial numbers
correctly.
If you worked the contest with WriteLog, just make your Cabrillo file and
send it in.
