[WriteLog] Address for 756Pro is 5Ch

Found the missing little bit of data. WL expects 756Pro 
address to be set at 5C(hex). That bit of data did not 
surface in my search of the help file or the WriteLog 
archives. 756Pro now working great. I think I'll go buy more 
radios.

I love WriteLog. (I am at odds with Windows, though.)
