[WriteLog] Another Newbie Query

Sigh.. I sure don't want to make a habit of this, but
I'm stumped again. (No surprise, right Jay?)
In WL version 10.23F, how do I move/size the
RTTY tuning indicator window? (The rectangle
moving-box doesn't appear, nor can I move the
window by  using the little "dual headed arrow" 
standard windows method).  Thanks again!
