When you use the W5XD+ keyer, you can correct any character before it is
sent provided that you backspace over it (i.e., you have to wipe out all
characters between the target character and the end of the call, then retype
them.) So, you would backspace over "JA1ACC" so that it reads "JA1A", then
type "BC". You cannot use the left arrow key to position the cursor over the
"C" and change it to a "B". I suspect this is because WL can tell the keyer
when a backspace has erased a character, but not when the cursor is
positioned over a character (the keyer probably has no internal editing
index.)
I could have sworn that I checked this out in "PC Generates" and it works
the same way. Try the backspace and let us know.
