[WriteLog] Update to FKeys

With all the comments on rotor control on the reflector recently I noticed
that I hadn't added to function to FKeys.  I did that this afternoon and it
appears to do the right thing.  However, I don't have a rotor, so I can't
check it.  Help would be appreciated.  See it at www.kregli.com/fkeys.htm.
