[WriteLog] Yaesu rotator with WriteLog broken since version 10.21

Release 10.22 broke Yaesu rotator control. This will be fixed in 10.26, but
in the meantime, you can work around the problem by adding a line to your
WRITELOG.INI for COMM port number zero. (don't ask me why this works, I
won't say):

So if you used to have this:

[PORTS]
COM3:=9600,n,8

Change it to this:

[PORTS]
COM0:=9600,n,8
COM3:=9600,n,8

PLEASE leave the entry that is "supposed to work" in place so that when you
go to version 10.26 you won't have to do this again.
