[WriteLog] How to Change Date Format

Hi,

I just purchased WL and it is looking good! I am setting up the various
contests I like to participate in.

Only one little nagging cosmetic item. I have not been able to find how
to change the log screen date from yyyy-mm-dd. I prefer dd-mm-yyyy.

I have checked the .ini file and been all around the manual with no
luck.

Thanks for any suggestions or help
