[WriteLog] QTC Sending

Bringing up the Alt-S QTC window is fine, and click on each to send it, BUT
everytime I do this it wants to send the .wav files for each entry. If you
click done without sending each, it doesn't log them as sent. I keep
thinking there must be a solution, but haven't found it.
Of course I could shut off the DVK, but then I don't have it to send the "F"
messages.
Not sure if this issue is an operator issue or a WL issue
