Gil, I figured out the problem.  I keep a lot of reflector threads
on my hard drive.  So, I have a thread from 3/8/2000 titled
[WriteLog]RTTY Sprint.  Part of this thread contained the answer
to your question.  What I didn't realize was that the post dated
3/9, i.e. the day after, was actually 3/9/2001, not 2000.  No
wonder you didn't find it in the archive!  Sigh!
