I'm setting up my CW buffers. I want to send 599 faster than the
rest of the exchange, so my buffer looks like:
%C <<<599>>>5
Problem is the 599 does speed up, as it should, but the final 5
does not slow back down, as I think it should.
Bug or pilot error?
