Major OOPS - IC-706MKIIG is 48, and the PRO is 5C! The rig defaults are
listed below, and what WL expects is in the HELP files. WL expects the PRO
at 5C, so the default of the II has to be changed from 64 to 5C. Likewise,
WL expects the 706 at 48, so the defaults on the MKII and MKIIG have to be
changed accordingly.
