There is a much bigger bug it seems.

Please tell me where you put the DX station serial number. That is required.
I guess the contest module has a bug.

  Click on Contest tab then click on Show Multipliers..... there you will
see the States and Providence Multipliers ..... You'll also have the option
to view what Countries or sections of multipliers using the down arrow at
the bottom. Hope this is what you are looking for.

         I Played for some hours in the ARRL 10 meters with the WL version
  28.c
         I noticed that in the band summary wiondow  does not show the
states
  as multipliers. Only dx appears and "sec".
         Something must be changed at  .ini file I supose.
         Some help woul be appreciated.
