You're ultimately correct... I was, I suppose (and without saying it) asking
whether I missed something in writelog.ini (or elsewhere).
The Ten Tec specific item (VOX/CW), that's a rig driver issue.
The keystroke to move the antenna is, I believe, a bug.
The different 'function mapping' for CW vs. phone memories/function keys is
best described as a software design issue as opposed to a bug.
