[WriteLog] "Practice Mode" Suggestion?

High-speed CW practice can really boost scores. I think this would be an
excellent addition to WL, but certainly lower in priority than bug fixes and
some of the good usability features that have been suggested. I'd use one of
the existing practice programs, but none of them works under Windows 2000
and my notebook computer doesn't even have a floppy for booting (ugh) DOS!
Besides, I'm sure Wayne could do a *much* better implementation than what
I've seen out there.
