[WriteLog] WriteLog download & Install

Hi Guys,

   I just purchased Writelog and first time downloaded 1028D from the site.  I
unzipped it to my D drive (no room left on C).  After unzip I ran setup but
within 10 seconds in the install shield screen it bails out and I get a "10.28D
Not Installed" message within a fatal error banner.

   The PC is a Pentium 1 @ 200 MHz, running ME.

   What am I doing wrong??
