[WriteLog] READCTY.EXE in Write Log

Hi Len,

The current version of the conversion utility to convert country files
is named REACTY32.EXE.  I suppose the name was shortened by omitting
the D when it was converted to a 32 bit file for Win 9x & later operating
systems.  Unfortunately, the HELP file remains out of date!

I find mine in the WRITELOG/PROGRAMS folder.

The latest (CTY-1103.ZIP - Oct 2001) WL_CTY.DAT files are available at:
