Go to the time tab in the regional settings menu. Under "Time style" select
the setting with "HH" for 4 digit time (0100) or "H" for 3/4 digit time
(100). Lower case "h" = 12 hr time, upper case "H" = 24 hr time. I guess
WriteLog will then follow. Mine has been that way anyhow.
