I finally broke down on 17 Jan and ordered Writelog for contest use and =
set it up for CQ 160 CW and BARTG Sprint (thanks K9JY site). I use a =
PII 233 MHz, PK-232MBX (FSK), FT1000D and wire antennas. I also use =
MMTTY as a stand alone to monitor the main or sub receivers on the =
1000D.

Enough background, now for my questions about Writelog....

1. The 'big' + key is a long reach from the keyboard for my style of =
typing. How can I remap the +/=3D key (old NA user) to do the function =
of the 'big' + key ?

2. Timed Auto CQ - Says from the time is from end to start. I set it to =
3 seconds and it ran continually (RTTY Mode, didn't try it in CW). I set =
it to 5 seconds and the first one ran but it never repeated. What am I =
doing wrong?

3. RTTY - How do you simulate the 'big' + key to log and send QRZ when =
using just the mouse ?

None of these caused any problem, after the period of adjustment, but =
the only dumb question is one not asked.

I found Writelog easier to use than I suspected even with all the =
"problems" disussed on the reflector for the past 6 months that I have =
been reading about.

Good Bye DOS
