[WriteLog] How to Disable Non-Logging Functions

Our club is planning to try both WriteLog and networking for the first
time this Field Day.  Since we  want to only tackle logging this
go-around, we'd like to prevent someone from inadvertently selecting a
menu item we're not using and getting us into a situation we can't get
out of.

Is there someway to disable non-logging functions?
