As someone else mentioned, Writlelog can receive two RTTY or PSK audio
streams via the stereo input on the computer soundboard. It also supports
stereo headphone audio for CW or SSB, but not from the LPT interface like NA
(i.e., there's no LPT audio signal you can use to drive a stereo switching
relay.) If you want to switch audio from the keyboard, you must have the
W5XD+ SO2R Interface/Keyer. It is driven from a COM port shared with one of
the rigs, and supports stereo switching from a menu command. If you want to
drive stereo switching with a single keystroke, you have to use a keyboard
macro program (several available as shareware on the web.) The W5XD+ keyer
performs all the functions of the NA relay box (which you have to build) and
more -- the built-in keyer eliminates CW stutter on slow or busy Windows
systems. You can read more about it on the Writelog website.

FYI for Writelog users -- NA lets you drive two additional LPT signals from
the keyboard: switch audio between L and R, and stereo mode on/off. This
lets you switch the audio independently of the keyer, mic, etc. With WL you
have to tie your audio switching signal to the A/B signal that switches
everything else, so you can't switch audio independently.
