Actually there is an easy way:
Edit the wl_cty.dat file and under Guadeloupe add TO4T as a call. Save it and
close. Then run the REACTY application under your programs directory, reopen
your contest log and you'll find the TO4T calls now show the multiplier.
At least mine did.
