[WriteLog] FKeys.exe update

Keith has, indeed, done an outstanding job with his F-Key utility
for WRITELOG. I'm one of those people who just can never remember
all the normal WRITELOG key functions, and without the F-key utility,
there's just no way I could operate WRITELOG effectively.. Thanks
