[WriteLog] Russian DX Contest 2002 is over.

Hi,
 yesterday  I was contesting with WriteLog using it during RDXC instead of
special Russian SW (DOS) from  UA1AAF, which is most popular in this case. I
have v.1030B.
For sure WriteLog was very good except two things. It would be not bad to
have the number of contacts made by mode by band in Score window. Also the
counter of the time on and off didn't operate. Hoping it might be easily
corrected.
