[WriteLog] New DLL for BARTG, and the Cabrillo

Hi all,

Well, having done the conversion with the new dll that was released, I see
that the LOGGED time is simply the SENT time.

Not sure that this is really correct, as the logged time in a couple of
instances for me was very different to the sent time.

I guess we will have to accept this at this time, but is there any chance of
adjusting this for next year??

As John WA9ALS suggested, it may be wise to wait a while, and see what
gives!
