[WriteLog] Writelog/TT Omni V

Well, I've gotten Writelog to work with my TT Pegasus, and before that a
Yaesu . . . but I'm having trouble getting it to work with my newly acquired
Ten Tec Omni V . . . I know the Omni V interface is a little oddball, but
surely someone on the list has gotten this working . . . any help would be
greatly appreciated  . . .
