[WriteLog] CANADA DAY CONTEST

Has anyone had a problem with the Canada Day Contest from outside =
Canada?    I opened it up and it wont take Canadian provinces for the =
'RCVD' - seems to want 59 type of report. Anyone else see this.  =
Writelog has never failed me til now.
