[WriteLog] Jubilee contest set-up

Hi all

I am new to using writelog so bare with me.

I have downloaded the Jubilee contest installer and selected it as the
contest and also in the contest menu set-up my callsign in parameter set-up.
However it stills scores UK stations (i.e. stations in my own call area) for
points and mults. I have searched the archives and no other posts seem to
address this so I presume I am doing something wrong.
