[WriteLog] Migrating WL to new computer

No reason at all.  Works well and even it somethings are not correct, it
is easier to change that to produce a new one.  My radio club W0MA
Boeing Aircraft has 4 PC's on a network for contesting in a
communications trailer.  I copyed the writelog.ini to each of them. 
(License copy - I won it at the RTTY Dinner last year).
