[WriteLog] Network? Problem - 'Member not found'

Before you re-install Windows.

This error more often comes from using the WriteLog Upgrade kit on a full
install that's too old for the upgrade installer to handle. The last time
you upgraded, you should have received download instructions for the FULL
kit that was current at that time. That one should be less than one year
old, and the latest UPG kit will successfully upgrade it.
