[WriteLog] Updating WL_CTY.DAT

I've just downloaded the updated WL_CTY.DAT file, but can't seem to find =
the
"Convert cty to WriteLog" program from the WriteLog program folder.

Can anyone give me a clue what the filename is called for the convert =
utility?
