[WriteLog] Field Day and Cabrillo Log

I was recently getting my Field Day stuff together and am trying to get
Writelog to create a Cabrillo file so I can send it to the ARRL site.
It looks like they require a Cabrillo formatted file for submission, but
that option is grayed out on Writelog.  I am running 10.32E.

It must be cockpit error on this end, but I'm stumped.
