[WriteLog] Help with Reinstall--Brain Dead

Had a computer crash and starting all over with new system.  I installed
10.27G which was my first install without a problem.  Now trying to install
the 10.33C upgrade and having some difficulty.  Unzipped the files fine. 
Ran setup and I get an error "Writelog V10 Not Installed".  

Brain is fuzzy still but sure would appreciate some help.
