[WriteLog] SET up

I do not use rig control.  If I am operating 10 meters and exit =
Writelog, how can I make Writelog open back up again on that same band.  =
As it is now, it always reopens on 3500 KHz regardless of what band I =
was previously operating. I have tried saving configuration many times =
with no success on this issue.
