[WriteLog] WAE CW Contest Rule Change?

According to The WAEDC-Contest web site:

Writelog version 10.34 and up support the new rules.  Is there a version
10.34 and do I need it to operate in the contest?  I setup the laptop I am
bringing with Writelog 10.32c do I need to upgrade before I leave?

Also, does anyone know if Dxpeditions count for the club competition?  I
plan on entering as VP2V/N2WKS SOLP Unassited.
