[WriteLog] Shutting up that cursor in WL

Doing a bit if experimenting here revealed that in the keyboard setting
under the control panel in Windows 98SE you can slow the cursor down to
about 1 per second but you cannot turn it of completely.

I do not know if my friend knows about shutting the cursor off in Jaws so
Scott if you would care to send the info along I will get it to him.
