[WriteLog] URGENT WAE 10.34B Bug

I hope I'm wrong, but there seems to be a serious bug in 10.34B

>From Eu, the Rx QTC field is not displayed ( the Tx QTC is), and 
the prog. is not tracking the number of QTCs received from a 
station. More often than not if I enter DX0DX I'm told that I 
can exchange a maximum of 0 QTCs, when he hasn't even been 
worked. Sometimes random numbers seem to be displayed in the 
Tx-QTC field.

Please someone tell me I doing summat silly? I just can't see 
it.
