[WriteLog] Tools|Recover window layout

Hi

Does this function work as it should? Seems to me that it does 
no more than opening a contest file would. I expected that on 
recall, a dupe layout would be shown with blank windows, but in 
fact all the previous QSOs are recalled too. In fact if I am 
careless enough to do File|Save instead of File|Save as, then i 
have overwritten the original log!

What am I doing wrong?
