[WriteLog] NA Sprint DX in Cabrilo File

Is this a problem with WriteLog? I'm assuming this would be dinged as an error
since there is no entry for the QTH field.

I was reviewing my (small) Cabrillo file from the February North American SSB
Sprint in preparation for the September Sprint contest.

I noticed that there was no entry in the QTH field for my single ZF contact.
In the WriteLog file it's properly listed as a multiplier and shows Cayman Is
in the country field.
