[WriteLog] Lost Writelog

I installed XP on my ham machine and restoring WriteLog does not work. I
don't remember how the registration is done now. What must I do to get back
my WriteLog? The site is down so cannot find anything there. It seems there
was a registered file that had to be used to install and then I could
upgrade. If I cannot find that file, how do I get it replaced?
