[WriteLog] Serial No

As the Oceania DX Contest is to be held in early October, could you =
please advise if a fix or update has been made to the logging program to =
accomodate four digit Serial numbers.

I am currently running Ver. 10.32E, when competing in the contest last =
year the program would not accept four digit serial numbers, once I =
reached 999 the system dropped the last digit.
