[WriteLog] CQWW M/2 Setup

Was playing with 10.35 today preparing for CQWW in a few weeks. Any sense on
how to set it up for M/2? Do you just use the M/S setup and track band
changes/hour? There is a way now to indicate via the Radio pull down menu if
a station is Run or Mult, but not Run1 and Run2. So one run station is
marked as Run and the other Run station as Mult?
