The Fx key buffers are saved with each contest file (WL extension.)
With the file you're working with opened, go to Setup > CW/SSB Messages>
Hit the Browse button and select the previous contest with the setup of
buffers you'd like to use or modify. Next time you save your open WL file,
the revised messages will be saved in it.
